On the 29th of October 2005 maxit participates in the 2005 design contests award ceremony organized by Kebao Boloni . The participants where: secretary general of the Beijing Construction Decoration Association, Ms. Li Yu Jie , the assistant director of indoor design division of the China Construction Academy, Mr. Zhao Hu and leaders of the industry. Including the reporters, up to 300 people attended the ceremony.

This activity included 25 housing properties and provided over 180 designs. After the choosing by the judges and through internet voting, 60 excellent works came up. In this ceremony from the 60 works, there were altogether 13 participants for the first, second and third places.

maxit was on the scene by placing an exhibition stand with various advertisement materials and the participants showed deep interest towards maxit by coming up with many issues for consultation.
