This project was initiated by BUCC and Beijing Construction Committee and approved by China Ministry of Construction, thus became the first demo project in Beijing for energy efficiency renovation. It is sponsored and financed by China Ministry of Construction, BUCC and GTZ. The renovation includes ETICs, window, roof, indoor radiator, heating system, ventilation and so on. maxit won the ETICs part thru bidding. The project started on Oct. 7, 2007 and is in good progress so far.
