Job Description:

• Chinese or Foreigner with existing residence permit
• Junior college degree above.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in construction industry or sales experience working with foreigners. The experience must be in China, preferrably in Beijing.
• Experience in project sales would be at a premium.
• It will be an advantage if he has close contact with foreign enterprises in Beijing.
• Good communication skills, Able to communicate fluently both in English and Chinese.
• Ambitious, diligent, team player with Chinese staff, hard working, able to learn technical issues.
