maxit Building Material (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was set up by maxit Group in Year 2004 with the plant located in Changping District, Beijing. With an total investment of about 150 million RMB and a yearly turnout of 300 thousand tons, the plant started in 2005. Beijing maxit Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was set up to supply better application service system in 2007.

The main products of maxit include self-leveling cement, polymer mortar used in the external insulation systems, external color plaster, ordinary plaster, interior plasters, tile adhesives, marble adhesives, seam sealants etc. The equipment is produced and provided by m-tec, subsidiary of maxit Group and the directions for production come from the laboratories in Parainen, Finland, which is also the designated laboratory by European Union Standardization Committe.
